Dr. Pannell received a Ch.B. degree in Chemistry from the University of Georgia and his medical degree from The Medical College of Georgia, where he received the Meritorious Scholarship. During medical school he was an advisor to incoming medical students as well as a tutor and a volunteer with the Salvation Army Homeless Clinic. Dr. Pannell completed a PGY-1 Transitional Year Program at Emory University. He enjoys computer programming and hardware configuration, along with art, riding motorcycles and Jet Ski's, hiking and camping. |
