Patient Care

A physician's referral is required to see a neurologist at UAB. The physician can be your family doctor or another neurologist or specialist who has recommended that you see a UAB Neurologist. The Department of Neurology sees patients age 17 and above.

 

For neuroimaging, the UAB-HSF (Magnetoencephalography) Lab makes appointments for all ages, and you will need to refer to their website for detailed information regarding their appointment and scheduling process.
