MS-1 You will automatically be scheduled into the MS-1 curriculum/courses (See MS-1 Schedule) with the exception of Special Topics Courses. You will receive a notice and instructions in the Spring to sign up for these on-line. Once you have signed up, you may drop and add up until 30 days before the course begin date, from the "self-service" page. Changing after that will require you to complete the Drop/Add process, and will likely incur fees.
MS-2 You will automatically be scheduled into the MS-2 curriculum/courses (See MS-2 Schedule) with the exception of Special Topics Courses. MS-3 (See Clinical Calendar) In the Fall of the MS-2 year, you will be able to select preferred times for your Scholarly Activity (complete instructions will be given at that time). In the Spring of your MS-2 year, you will be able to select your preferred Clinical Core schedule. Because of space limitations, it is not generally possible to Drop/Add Clinical Core courses. If special consideration is required, please contact Dr. Kezar or Dr. Shelton.
MS-4 (See Clinical Calendar) In the Winter of the MS-3 year, you will be able to select your preferred schedule for your 4th year. The process will require approval from your Career Advisor (complete instructions will be given at that time). You may drop and add up until 30 days before the course begin date, from the "self-service" page. Changing after that will require you to complete the Drop/Add process, and will likely incur fees.
