The letters of recommendation (total three) should include the following:
- One letter preferably from the Director of Pain Services
- One letter from your residency director at your training institution
- One additional letter of recommendation
Selected candidates will interview with the fellowship director and the pain management faculty. Final selection is made by the Department of Anesthesiology Pain Education Committee.
